Queen Elizabeth Spends Weekend With Grandchildren

Queen Elizabeth will no longer live in Buckingham Palace
Queen Elizabeth is set to make Windsor Castle her permanent residence.
The monarch and her late husband, Prince Philip, moved out of Buckingham Palace to isolate at Windsor Castle at the start of the coronavirus pandemic in March 2020.
According to the Sunday Times, Queen Elizabeth has not spent a night at the London residence since and will likely never again.
While the initial move was to isolate during the pandemic, the queen will reportedly not be returning to the palace due to ongoing renovations on the premises.
Per Marie Claire, the £369 million refurbishments are expected to be completed in 2027.
